Summer Classroom Upgrade Plan 2018

Status Update

08/20/2018: Orders received, un-packaged, inventoried, and tagged. System counts validated against POs and invoices. Systems released from inventory to deployment teams.

07/16/2018: POs released to vendors - Equipment expected late August.

05/14/2018: Quotes for Dell and Apple systems have been configured, reviewed, and approved. Specs and models meet campus standards for integration with Microsoft SCCM and JAMF respectively. Order to be submitted post July 1.

04/01/2018: Proposed upgrade plan submitted to IITS leadership for review. The plan includes the upgrade of 10 classrooms and labs to be deployed prior to the Fall semester.
