DescriptionIITS offers a variety of services to the campus community. IITS is available to assist in helping departments with getting a new project off the ground, assisting with login issues or seeking training opportunities.
The IT Service Catalog is a list of IITS services available to the campus.

12/31/2017 to 02/01/2019
Instructional and Information Technology Services
02/01/2019: Project Completed.
01/23/2019: We are 95% done with the Service Catalog. Now that the ATS website is live, the Service Catalog can be updated. Once this is done the project can be completed.
12/13/2018: The IT Service Catalog is in production. It is linked into the IITS website as a major navigation element in the new site. Also, the website keywords were updated to include the "- IT Service Catalog" title to clarify the search item is from the catalog.
11/23/2018: Nov. update includes a modal window popup feature added to allow for the details to be included from existing websites as links or the details to be copied into the modal window. This design feature is also optimized for ATI and the mobile app view.
10/22/2018: The final updates are in process for the Service Catalog. The plan is to place the service catalog as a prominent link on the new IITS homepage once that page is redesigned.
08/20/2018: The content for the Service Catalog will evolve as supported services are added. The website (soft launch) is located at IT Service Catalog
07/31/2018: The IT Service Catalog Admin application was created to easily edit the service data. Prior to the application, IITS was using a spreadsheet to manage the content updates which quickly proved to be unsustainable.
01/15/2018: IT Service Catalog Project Started
