Re-Design of customer facing Technology Support Services websites. Support pages need to be unified and advertised to all audiences. A new page will provide one path for students, faculty, and staff to seek support.

Status Update

11/16/2018: The TSS website has been updated and will be integrated with the new IITS website launch. Analytics reviewed to identify most used pages. Unused pages trimmed.

10/23/2018: The TSS website redesign is in progress. Work is being done to trim out of date materials, consolidate pages for faculty/staff and students. Integration with the new IT Service Catalog.
