IITS System and Operations Metrics
Description
IITS collects and reports on service metrics to help analyze trends and overall performance of services and processes. The service metrics and measurement reports align to the IT Strategic Plan goal to provide increased transparency and to better inform the campus community about system usage trends over time. Create a facts and statistics website for the key Information Technology systems that IITS supports. The page will show monthly operations metrics along with semester or yearly comparisons of metrics.

Status Update
04/11/2019: Project Completed.
03/01/2019: Added Yearly Stats to the Facts and Stats web page. The Yearly stats focus on administrative application upgrades, web search stats, campus wi-fi stats and even power savings.
01/04/2019: Some metrics are best reported on a semester basis. Updates to the Fact/Stats web page now include the term related metrics.
12/14/2018: The Facts and Stats is in production. It linked into the IITS website as a major navigation element within the newly resdesigned website.
11/23/2018: The IITS Facts and Stats page has been drafted and out for initial review. The page includes a summary of systems activity for all major systems along with a year to date summary if appropriate.
