Service Now

Description

Currently IITS utilizes Help Spot for ticketing, FileMaker Pro for inventory control/billing, and a combination of OneDrive/SharePoint/MS Flow for other processes. Project intent is to consolidate platforms, streamline processes, and use Service Now to add new self-help/online services.

Status Update

03/02/2020: Due to other campus priorities, the move to Service Now will be suspended pending staff availability at a later date.

01/13/2020: Project intent shared at IITS All Staff Meeting held on January 13th. Team of managers and leads will be investigating services and reaching out to other CSU campuses to learn more prior to adoption.
