Fall '21 - Classroom Readiness
DescriptionAs we look to reactivate classrooms and labs, IITS is examining ways to create flexible instructional spaces that offer faculty a range of pedagogical capabilities. Specifically, we are in the process of installing cameras, microphones, and digital whiteboards to support Live and Online courses. A total of 60 (out of a total of 170) classrooms will be upgraded by Fall. (Note: Classrooms in the Extended Learning Building and ViaSat Engineering Building have many of these capabilities already -- excluding the tracking cameras and mic systems.)
